A change is being made in the binding status for some cosmetic pets, and the Osgiliath Steed, in order to allow these items to become Disenchantable into Figments of Splendor when Update 23 is released.

All cosmetic pet items, and the Osgiliath Steed that drop from Gorgoroth lootboxes (and are listed on the Keeper of Mysteries), will become Bound to Account. This will affects items already in-game that are currently trade-able, so players should get these items to the account they want it to remain on before Update 23. This includes the following:

Tome of the Blight Frog
