World Character Transfer renames are currently always assigning the rename to the characters being transferred instead of basing it on last log in date. We will correct this functionality in the future. In the meantime, players concerned about being renamed may wish to wait to undergo a World Character Transfer. Any characters renamed by the transfer process will continue to receive a free character rename that can be used to choose any available name.
