Please be aware that there is currently an issue in the LOTRO Store when trying to purchase points. Players may experience an error when trying to purchase a Turbine Point package. However, despite this error, the transaction may have actually completed.
If you experience an error, please wait a few minutes, then check your Turbine Point balance and/or payment method's statement. You may find that the transaction went through, and there is no need to attempt the purchase again.
We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
