World Character and Shared Item Transfers have been re-enabled.Transfers remain unavailable from closed game worlds.
NOTE: Name priority on transfers is not functioning, and atransferred character will always be renamed in the case of aconflict. If you choose to transfer a character before this issue iscorrected, you will not be able to retain your original charactername in the case of a name conflict.
