There are regions in the Vales of Anguin that are improperly preventing questing in the area because they are being flagged as a restricted area. Players can continue to quest in the Grey Mountains (Where Dragons Dwell) portion of the level cap 120 content until this issue gets resolved. We expect to resolve this issue in the next game update, and we will keep you updated.
