The "Another Lovely Year" anniversary quest wrapper is currently not functioning correctly. Rather then requiring some combination of 10 Anniversary Quests or 10 Anniversary Missions, it is requiring completion of both 10 Anniversary Quests and 10 Anniversary Missions in order to complete.
